Terms and Conditions – Tabletop Amsterdam Webshop

1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and donations made through the webshop of Vereniging Tabletop Amsterdam (hereinafter "VTA"). By placing an order or making a donation, you agree to these terms.
2. Donations
Donations are voluntary and support VTA’s activities.
Donations are non-refundable unless required by law.
For donations over €50, a digital receipt for tax purposes will be provided.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders are processed only after payment is received.
Accepted payment methods: iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal.
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery
Physical products will be shipped within 14 business days.
Digital products (e.g., PDFs) are delivered immediately via email after payment.
VTA is not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g., postal services).
5. Returns and Cancellations
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging.
Digital products are non-refundable.
Orders may be canceled until the moment of shipment.
6. Liability
VTA is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products.

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.
8. Disputes
Disputes will first be resolved through mutual agreement.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to Dutch law and courts.
9. Amendments
VTA reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
